Nomad Budgeter is a client-side calculator. We do not collect, store, or transmit your financial inputs (income, expenses, city selections) to any server. All calculations run entirely in your browser.

2. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that identify you personally.

3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We respect your browser's Global Privacy Control signal. If GPC is enabled, we treat it as a legally binding opt-out of any data sale or sharing, in compliance with CCPA, GDPR, and the Colorado Privacy Act.

4. Third-Party APIs

Our calculator queries two external APIs to provide live data:

• ExchangeRate-API — for currency conversion rates
• API-Ninjas — for city population and income tax data

These requests are made from your browser directly. We do not proxy or log these requests.

5. Affiliate Links

This site contains affiliate links to partner services (e.g., SafetyWing, Wise, Lexidy). Clicking these links may set cookies on the partner's domain. We receive a commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.
